Instructions for poster preparation:
- Include all author names and affiliations on the poster.
- The posters will be affixed on boards of 8 ft width x 4 ft height including the frame. Two posters will share one poster board. Maximum width: 46 inches (3.8 feet). Maximum height: 46 inches (3.8 feet).
- Do not use anything other than Velcro to affix the posters. Velcro will be provided.
Poster Template
The template provided below is for your reference and does not need to be followed exactly. It is highly recommended to include the CMSC 2023 logo on the top right -hand corner of the poster.
