Payment:
All fees are in Canadian dollars and will have the applicable GST 5% taxes added.
Only credit cards are accepted. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal.
Cancellations:
- A full refund will be given if the cancellation request is received prior to 23:59 on May 21. There are NO refunds after that date for any of the events (registration and/or banquet) you signed up for.
- Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, etc. Any medical issues necessitate a doctor’s notification.
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email) by the original registrant.
Travel Funding
If you are a student traveling 500 km or more to attend CMSC, you can apply for travel funding up to a maximum of $ 500 CAD. Visit the page and apply before the deadline.
Accommodations
